6 fixings attach ply deck to hull but what the hull is made of I do not know. Mine has many coats of paint. Original transfer on deck `Bowman Racing Yacht` surrounds an archer or bowman with `Ridlington Norfolk` below.

A classic Bowmans of Norfolk pond yacht in good original condition, ready to sail. With the stamp of Bowman racing yacht made in England Ridlington Haisbro Norfolk. Measures 25.5" deck to top of mast. 4.25" beam. 22" long and 25.5" deck to bottom of keel.

Hull only of a vintage model racing yacht by Bowman of Ridlington, Haisboro, Norfolk. Project for the enthusiast, this is just the hull, no mast, spars or rigging. The dimensions are (approx) length -600mm, beam 110mm, depth to keel 55mm, Keel depth 115mm. The hull is solid timber and the keel is steel. Some pin holes in deck from previous rigging etc., I believe this model dates from the 1920’s (internet research)
